In Term 2 some very lucky students from Levels 4 and 5 went to Woorabinda camp. The camp is located in the Latrobe Valley and runs like a school. There were a multitude of fun and exciting activities to do and lots of friendships to build. The students were separated into groups where they were able to meet many new and friendly people from other schools. The students learned many new skills such as archery, how to build campfires, canoeing and mapping. There were songs to sing, amazing competitions and delicious food also. The students all very quickly adjusted to their new environment and made the best of their experience. Doncaster Primary School students can be very proud of the way they represented their school with pride. The camp proved to be a tremendous time for all! Please enjoy these highlights from Woorabinda 2017.
